We were suburban kids with modest dreams to be small-town kings and never leave. In our parents cars, we ruled the streets, windows rolled down in the summer heat.
Now we’re looking back with beer bellies, crooked grins and hazy memories. I was moving to fast to ever stop and see I’d end up somewhere different than I thought I’d be.
So now we gotta forget West vs. East and keep it going cross-country. Livin’ off the fat of the land of the free, on a coast-to-coast tour of debauchery.
